By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 444gam platform at 444gam.net (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms"), together with the 444gam Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 444gam Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of such amendments.

These Terms apply to all services offered through 444gam.net, including but not limited to: cricket sports betting, PSL match wagering, live casino table games, slot machine titles, bonuses and promotional offers, PKR deposit and withdrawal services via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, and all account management functionality.

Access to and use of the 444gam Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 444gam maintains a strict minimum age policy of 21+ for all registered accounts. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all Pakistani players and all other users regardless of their country of residence.
• You are a natural person and not registering on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or any other legal entity for the purpose of gambling.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion from any gambling platform, including 444gam.
• You have not previously had a 444gam account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 444gam or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

444gam reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 444gam may result in account suspension.

To access the full range of 444gam services, you must register a player account. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 444gam Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid email address, date of birth, and a contact number. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444gam account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, shall be your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 444gam immediately at [email protected].

444gam strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 444gam shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

All financial transactions on the 444gam Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 444gam accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and are subject to change at 444gam's discretion with reasonable notice.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 444gam account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• 444gam does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit, or a verified account in your name.
• 444gam reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal request. You may be required to submit supporting documentation.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if a player has an outstanding bonus with active wagering requirements attached to their account balance.
• 444gam reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification procedures.

From time to time, 444gam offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to its specific terms in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 444gam promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 or over only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each individual promotion. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if requirements are not met within the stated period.

The 444gam sportsbook offers wagering markets on cricket (including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, T20Is, and other bilateral and multilateral series), football, UFC, tennis, kabaddi, and other sports as made available from time to time. The following general betting rules apply to all markets on the 444gam Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted subject to availability of the market. 444gam reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. These limits may be adjusted at any time without prior notice.
• Settled Bets: Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the player except where a cash-out option is explicitly made available for that market.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond the period specified in the specific market rules, or if the market was offered in error (e.g., incorrect odds, duplicate market listing).
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time. 444gam is not liable for any bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined due to transmission delays.
• Cricket-Specific Rules: For PSL and international cricket markets, specific match and series rules including Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method outcomes, abandoned matches, super overs, and rain-affected game settlements are governed by the individual market rules displayed alongside each betting market.

444gam provides access to a library of online casino games including slot machine titles, live dealer table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and others), and other certified RNG (Random Number Generator) games supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Hacksaw Gaming, and others.

All RNG-based casino games on the 444gam Platform use certified random number generation technology that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Past game results have no statistical bearing on future outcomes in any RNG game.

The following rules apply specifically to casino games:

• Conducting transactions on the 444gam Platform that constitute or facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your 444gam account.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or threatens 444gam staff members or other players via any communication channel.

444gam is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we provide a comprehensive suite of tools to help players manage their activity and maintain control over their gambling behaviour.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 444gam account holders at no charge and can be activated directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control the maximum amount of PKR you can deposit within any given period.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Detection of a duplicate or multiple account situation in contravention of the one-account policy.
• Use of the platform by a person under the minimum age of 21.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or other legal obligation requiring account closure.

You may also close your 444gam account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining PKR balance in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

All content on the 444gam Platform, including but not limited to the 444gam logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 444gam or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any 444gam content without express prior written consent from 444gam.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444gam, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 444gam Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical failures, system outages, or network interruptions.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or market settlements caused by data feed failures outside 444gam's direct control.
• Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform.

444gam's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

444gam collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account and using the 444gam Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and throughout your use of the Platform — including your name, CNIC number, date of birth, contact details, and financial transaction records — is used for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of responsible gaming tools. 444gam does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which any revision was last published. Your continued use of the 444gam Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 444gam holds its international gaming licence.

The decision of the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding on both parties.
